If you are worried that your loved one is unable to care for themselves, we offer information, resources, and services to help you decide what the best choice is to help your loved one continue to live a full and happy life.
At Loving Choice Senior Care, we first start with a free comprehensive assessment. This includes a benefits checkup where we verify your insurances or verify what programs, government or state funded, that your loved one can obtain.
After that, we do a health assessment, medication assessment, and a home assessment to learn more about the current situation of your loved one and to make sure that they are safe at home.
All of these assessments are offered free of charge and are design so that we can create a comprehensive plan of care which will be good for your loved one.
We also offer these services for those who may not need a plan right now but potentially in the future. We have coordinators that have experience and expertise in caregiving, and they will help you develop that plan.
It is always good to have a plan in place even if it is not necessary at the moment, this way you will know that your loved one is set if and when they need a caregiver. You will know what your insurance pays for, you know the caregiver and that you need. And at the same time, that coordinator is learning your likes and your dislikes before it becomes an urgent need.
Our coordinator will assist with these services for those who may not need a plan right now but potentially in the future.
If you have a loved one who is unable to care for themselves or you worry that they might not be able to care for themselves in the future, make sure you have a plan ready.
